Bienvenue to the home of doorstep skiing! There is no doubt France has some of the largest ski resorts in the world with sophisticated lift systems whisking you high up the mountains in minutes. The terrain is awesome with endless runs for every level from cautious intermediates to the most expert of skiers. We've selected two of the very best ski areas: the Espace killy
and the Three Valleys (Les Trois Vallees).

One of the most famous ski areas in the world with skiing all year round on the Grande Motte glacier. High, snow sure, masses of skiing and home to summer and autumn i-Skiing and Gap Courses. This is definitely the place to ski early and late season with a fantastic snow record to rival anywhere in the world.

The Espace Killy is one of the most popular destinations for skiers with an abundance of skiing. Head in one direction and you come to Les Fornet, an off-piste paradise and in the other direction, Tignes and the Grand Motte. Great apres ski and one of the worlds top destinations.

Courchevel is a skier’s paradise with slopes on your doorstep to suit every level. From the smoothest, best groomed slopes in the Alps to some of the steepest, bumpiest and most challenging terrain around. What a ski area! You can ski here for a whole week and never ski the same slope twice!

Bang in the middle of the Three Valleys is Meribel. On one side Courchevel and in the other Les Menuires and Val Thorens, Meribel offers everything to suit all levels on piste and awesome off piste too.
