Booking your Snoworks i-Skiing holiday
with Wickers World

Snoworks holidays are booked through our ABTA bonded travel agent Wickers World. They have a completely dedicated Snoworks 'Booking Line' on 08701 225549. Our Snoworks Booking Agent will be able to help you with any queries you have.

You can book the 'i-Skiing only' option (not available on some weeks) or book a complete package. If you are booking a 'Course Only' with no package there is a £15 booking fee to cover administration charges.

Whilst both i-Skiing and the holiday packages we advertise are booked through Wickers World. i-Skiing (the on-snow experience) is contracted with Snoworks. The holiday package (travel/accommodation etc) is contracted through Wickers World using major UK tour operators: Mark Warner is used for most of the packages when a Snoworks course coincides with a Mark Warner resort. On some dates packages are offered withother tour operators.

Some packages like our Adventure trips, are packaged independently by Wickers World. You can also book other holidays, packaged or tailor made, with Wickers World through our Booking Line.

1. Select your i-Skiing week

Use the i-Skiing planner and i-Skiing levels to make your choice.

2. Read Booking Conditions

Read the 'Booking Conditions'.
When you book a Snoworks i-Skiing course you will be agreeing to the 'Snoworks Booking Conditions' and if you book a package you will be agreeing to the 'Booking Conditions' of the tour operator your holiday package is booked with. The Booking Conditions of the tour operator can be sent to you by Wickers World if you request them.

3. Call Wickers dedicated Snoworks Booking Line and reserve a place.

Call 08701 225 549 to reserve a place. Full payment is due at the time of booking for the Snoworks course. £150 deposit per person is required for the package (flights and accommodation)
Credit & Debit Cards are accepted over the phone.
A 2.5% fee is charged if paying by credit card.
No fee is charged if paying by debit card.

You can complete a Booking Form if you wish and forward with any monies due. If paying over the phone with no booking form you will be agreeing to the Snoworks Booking Conditions and if booking a package you will be agreeing to the Booking Conditions of the tour operator the package is booked with.

4. Booking Confirmation

Wickers World will send you confirmation of your holiday. It will be broken into two sections. Section 1 showing the i-Skiing part of your holiday (your on-snow experience) and Section 2 showing the package (travel and accommodation) section of your holiday.

4. Final payments

Final payments are due 12 weeks prior to departure. Please note if paying final balances by credit card there is a 2.5% charge so you may prefer to pay by cheque or debit card.

5. Pre-holiday information

You will be sent information prior to your holiday concerning i-Skiing and the holiday package, including flight tickets (if booked) and transfer information.

Full payment is required for all i-Skiing courses when booking. plus £150 deposit for packages. The balance for the package is required 12 weeks before departure. Full amount required if booking a package within 12 weeks.
